For people with disabilities, I am able to provide services at your home either through NDIS or privately.
With the chaotic schedule of a family houshold it can be almost impossible to find time for yourself, as well as have quality time with the family. So why not have both?
Family yoga is more than an ‘all ages’ or a ‘general’ yoga class. It is about re-connecting with your loved ones and finding time to relax and unwind together.
Perhaps you have family members with unusual schedules or that work FIFO, making it hard to get to regular classes and making family time together even more precious.
Save yourself time and money by getting your family together, or even combine a couple of families, to enjoy the mindful movement practice of yoga.
A one hour family yoga session incorporates mindfulness, breathing exercises and music to create a fun, playful and peaceful yoga practice. Family members will work together as well as have the opportunity for connection and relaxation.
Sessions can cater for up to 10 people and are suitable for all the family. You dont need special clothing or equipment, just find something that is comfortable to move in and I’ll bring the rest.
So gather the family (furry four-legged family members also welcome) and find a time and location that works for you. We can yoga inside or outside (weather permitting), or if space in the family home is too small, an off-site venue can be considered.
Can include families working with Department Of Communities or community-based organisations.
